PLACING AN ORDER

There are various ways to make an order, you may order from us directly via the website shop, by phone or form - located in the ‘CONTACT US’ section of the website.

Alternatively you can find us on eBay by searching for the seller pimped-truck.

DISPATCH TIME

All orders received and paid before 3pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday morning. Delivery is from the UK and should usually take 3-5 working days. We also offer a collection service if you wish to come to us and pick it up directly. This can be arranged by our customer service team via e-mail or phone.

Please note, this is only if all of the items ordered are in stock. Some of the products are made on order; waiting time is about 3-4weeks. You will be advised shortly after ordering if any items are out of stock. Please check you online account and email for this information.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours after purchasing. The cancellation must be in the form of a written e-mail. 

We will not accept any cancellation after 24h any products which will be customized for individual customer and we in progress of making that product.

RETURNS

If a customer wishes to return a product we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The item must be returned at your expense and we also reserve the right to deduct money from the refund for postage and collection costs. Once we have received the item and have ensured that it is in the same condition as it was sent we will refund the money within 7 days. 

Full refund will be given provided that the product is undamaged and in original packaging so that it may be re-sold. Shipping costs will not be refunded if goods are returned due to buyer mistake or damage but not recorded to courier. 

We are not accepted returns any products which were customizing for individual customer!!!!!
